About Mark
Hi, I'm Mark Law, founder of Prograde Refrigeration.
I'm a trade-qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician with nearly 10 years of industry experience across commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, HVAC systems, ventilation, VRV/VRF systems, and water chillers. Throughout my career I've progressed from apprentice to qualified technician and working manager, gaining experience in everything from breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance through to system design, installation, and refrigerant retrofit projects.
Having worked on a wide range of systems for commercial clients, local businesses, councils, and energy facilities, I understand the importance of reliable equipment, responsive service, and practical solutions. As an owner-operated business, you'll deal directly with the person carrying out the work, ensuring clear communication, quality workmanship, and a genuine commitment to keeping your systems operating efficiently and reliably.
