When you contact me or submit an enquiry, including through Facebook or Instagram, I may collect your name, phone number, email address, property location and information about the work you need.

How I use your information

I use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss pricing, prepare quotes, arrange work and manage related customer records.

Providing information is voluntary, but without suitable contact details or job information, I may be unable to respond or provide the service you request.

Storage and sharing

Information may be held in my email, Meta’s enquiry tools and business systems such as Fergus. Relevant service providers may process information on my behalf, including using systems outside New Zealand.

I take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for business or legal purposes.

I do not sell your personal information. I only share it where necessary to handle your enquiry or provide services, with your permission, or where permitted or required by law.

Facebook and Instagram also handle information under Meta’s own privacy policy.

If you send an enquiry through this website’s contact form, your details are stored on the website and emailed to me. The website also uses Google Analytics cookies to collect anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed.
